Aaron’s, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive collections and lease renewals, and support ownership goals through strong relationships over the phone and in person.

The role emphasizes understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction with products. The position offers hourly pay between $14.25 and $15.00 and a broad benefits package, with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
