Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Aldine, TX. The role focuses on coaching customers to improve payment collections and lease renewals, building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

Responsibilities include updating customer records, meeting daily renewal goals, and supporting the Sales Team as needed. Compensation includes an hourly wage with incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in person and over the phone to manage accounts and renewals.
• Promote timely lease payments and renewals to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation in store systems.
