Job summary

Aaron’s Aldine TX is seeking a Customer Account Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals while delivering strong customer service. You will engage customers over the phone and in person, promoting timely payments and renewals as part of the path to ownership.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proper telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Attainment and upkeep of customers’ accounts including updating information in the store system and documenting all payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreements, both in home visits and over the phone.
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewals.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in the company vehicle.
• Safely operate the company vehicle.
