The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. The role focuses on coaching customers, driving collections and renewals, and helping customers move toward ownership of their merchandise.

It involves phone and in-person interactions, with support from a dedicated team. They offer an hourly rate of $12.25–$13.00, with eligibility for incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
