Aaron’s, a leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail industry, is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor. You will coach customers to complete payments and renewals, fostering ownership of merchandise while building relationships over the phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years in the US (18+ in Canada).
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and clean MVR.
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Ability to work a schedule 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. alone; up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Represent customers as a coach to drive payments and renewals.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and appointment history.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Conduct collections and renewals via phone or in-home visits as needed.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
