Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. The role involves driving payments collections and lease renewals, with customer-facing activities by phone and in person to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

The position offers an hourly pay range with incentive pay, plus a benefits package including paid time off, health coverage, retirement plans, and more. Schedule includes days with evenings, six-day work weeks in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with Driver Qualification Policy including satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (United States).
• Ability to work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals and contact those with expired/unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
