Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Sherman, TX who will coach customers, drive payments and lease renewals, and guide clients toward ownership of merchandise. You will build strong relationships over the phone and in person to ensure satisfaction and progress toward ownership.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or in person.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product safely in company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
