Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas to coach customers, drive payments and renewals, and build relationships to move ownership of merchandise forward. You will work with a team to meet revenue and renewal goals and provide outstanding service over the phone and in person.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective communication, and protecting company assets in a fast-paced retail environment. Hospitalities vary with schedule and location.

Mansioni

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
