Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to coach customers on payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership while supporting daily revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask in-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements, by visit or phone.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits.
• Assist with daily, weekly, monthly revenue and renewal goals.
