Job summary

Aaron's in the United States is seeking a Customer Accounts Manager to lead the customer accounts department and drive collections and renewal goals. The role supports ownership of merchandise and aids store operations under the General Manager’s direction.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00 with eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, along with a benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Lead the customer accounts department to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers by phone or visits.
• Support the General Manager with store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records with payment appointments/history.
• Drive collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired agreements.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
• Support General Manager with customer account recommendations and lease closings.
• Assist sales team as needed.
