Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to drive payments and renewals while guiding customers toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build strong relationships over the phone and in person to help customers reach their ownership goals.

The role offers a salary between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour with eligible incentive pay based on performance and opportunities for career advancement. Eligibility for benefits is part of the total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and handle difficult conversations.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with revenue and renewal goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Build relationships to support ownership goals and sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and contact those with expired agreements.
