Job summary

Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payments and lease renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with their product. You will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to bring them one step closer to ownership of their merchandise.

The hourly rate ranges from $12.75 to $13.50 with incentive pay based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US and 18 in Canada.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• DOT certification may be required in some locations.
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely transport products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
