Job summary

Aaron's, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers toward ownership of merchandise. You will drive payments and renewals by understanding lease benefits and maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

You will build relationships over the phone and in person, coordinating with the Customer Accounts Manager to hit revenue and renewal targets, while working a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. This role offers incentive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with policy may be required.
• DOT certification may be required depending on location.
• Ability to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., under 300 lbs. with aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system and history.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by contacting customers via phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
