Aaron's Customer Accounts Advisor in Springfield, MA is a front-line role focusing on payment collections and lease renewals. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of merchandise.

The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00–$18.00, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and a benefits package including paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the US.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required at location.
• Must be able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone (up to 300 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route and maintenance sheets; load and secure product safely.
