Aaron's is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Barstow, CA. The role focuses on driving payments and lease renewals, building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of leased merchandise.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $18.00–$19.00 plus performance-based incentive pay. Benefits include health, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. You’ll work a schedule typical for retail, with some travel or visits as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old in United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location of position (United States).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
