Job summary

Aaron’s Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. The role emphasizes coaching customers, driving payments, and renewing lease agreements, with a focus on delivering 100% satisfaction and ownership of merchandise.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.25–$15.00 plus performance-based incentives, plus a benefits package and opportunities for advancement. Some locations require driving and VO duties, with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (U.S. only).
• Work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
