Job summary

Aaron’s in Barstow, CA seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive collections and renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving policy.
• DOT certification where required.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs alone, 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager to meet revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals.
• Manage collections and renewals by phone or home visits as needed.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Prepare daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and operate company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
