Job summary

Aaron's Inc is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States. You will coach customers, drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals, and build relationships to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise.

The role includes performance-based incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work across store operations, handling calls and in-person interactions with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• DOT certification if required by location.
• Schedule varies 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or in person.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure products and operate the company vehicle safely.
• Inspect and certify returned merchandise.
