Job summary

Aaron's Customer Accounts Advisor role in Texas involves coaching customers to drive collections and lease renewals, fostering satisfaction and helping customers move toward ownership of merchandise. You will engage with customers by phone and in person across schedules that may extend to evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
