Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas to coach customers, drive collections and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise over the phone and in person. You will build relationships, explain lease benefits, and help customers stay 100% satisfied with their product.

This role emphasizes service, accountability, and teamwork within a busy store environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $14.25–$15.00 plus eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, with benefits

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Requires valid driver’s license and driving record compliance.
• DOT certification if required in location (United States).
• Able to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
