Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on payment collections and lease agreement renewals, helping them move toward ownership of their merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person, delivering exceptional service and explaining lease benefits.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations while meeting daily revenue and renewal goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (US) or 18+ (Canada).
• Valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Work hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system (payments, history, appointments).
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements (phone or home visits).
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
