Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to coach customers, drive collections and lease renewals, and guide customers toward ownership of merchandise. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($12.25–$13.00) with performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States (18+ in Canada).
• Valid state driver’s license and MVR compliance.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Ability to work hours 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own; up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product safely for delivery.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
