Job summary

Aaron Sales And Leasing is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and guide ownership of merchandise. This role involves building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership and ensure satisfaction.

You will assist with revenue and renewal goals, maintain accurate records, and help manage collections and renewals while upholding the Aaron’s brand across in-store operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
