Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and renewal activity while delivering exceptional service. You’ll engage customers by phone and in person to move them toward ownership of their merchandise, with a focus on building trusted relationships and meeting revenue goals.

The role supports a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive pay, incentive potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age in the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule of hours from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
