Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to support ownership goals by driving collections and renewals while building strong relationships with customers. You will work in store settings, handling payments, scheduling, and related customer interactions to deliver excellent service and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States.
• Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
