The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States.

You will coach customers to drive payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership of their merchandise. The role offers an hourly wage of $13.00 to $15.00, eligibility for performance-based incentive pay, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and retirement options.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old in the US; valid driver's license and compliance with policy.
• DOT certification if required by location (US only).
• Able to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
