Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in the United States to coach customers on lease agreements, drive payments and renewals, and build strong relationships to move toward ownership of merchandise. The role combines phone and in-person interactions, with a focus on satisfaction and results.

The position offers an hourly wage of $16.25–$17.00 with incentive pay eligibility, plus a benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (8:00 am–9:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and securely handle products and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
