Job summary

The Aaron's Family of Companies in Leesburg, FL is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive collections and lease renewals while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves phone and in-person interactions to move customers toward ownership of merchandise.

Role offers an hourly wage of $15.25–$15.75 plus performance-based incentive pay, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement. Schedule varies, with some weekend work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age for positions in the United States
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only)
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance
• Retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle
• Clean and certify returned merchandise
