Aaron's seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding benefits and ensuring customers are satisfied with their product.

You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership, while supporting store operations and growth. This role offers $13.25–$14.00 per hour, eligibility for incentive pay, and a benefits package, with career advancement opportunities across our U.S. locations.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years old in the United States; valid driver's license and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy.
• DOT certification if required in location (US).
• Hours vary from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
