Job summary

The Aaron’s Customer Accounts Advisor role coaches customers, drives payments and renewals, and builds relationships to move ownership of merchandise. It involves phone and face-to-face interactions to ensure satisfaction and ownership goals.

Salary ranges from $13.25 to $14.00 per hour with incentive pay; comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement are available across the organization.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ for US positions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• DOT certification if location requires.
• Able to work 8:00 am–9:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
