• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system.
• Build strong relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on renewals and collections by phone or home visits as needed.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
