Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor in Texas. The role focuses on coaching customers to understand lease benefits, driving payments and renewals, and bringing customers closer to ownership of merchandise.

You will build relationships via phone and in-person visits, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. The position offers benefits, incentive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Age 19+ for US locations; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license; comply with Driver Qualification Policy; DOT certification where required (US).
• Ability to work a schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Accounts Manager in meeting revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load, secure, and operate company vehicle safely.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
