Job summary

Dig Inn is hiring for culinary team members in our scratch-based kitchens. Earn $16–$18 per hour, plus $2–$3 per hour in tips, and enjoy additional benefits. Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and desire to learn culinary practices.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to multi-task and stay on pace in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste as guidance.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout.
• Discuss menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients with guests to create scratch-made meals.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in as needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
