Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Atlanta. You will lead shift operations, oversee culinary staff, and ensure service standards while supporting the Executive Chef and maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, staff supervision, and maintaining a customer-focused approach. A minimum High School education and 2 years of supervisory culinary experience are required, with alcohol awareness

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/culinary experience leading shifts.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume culinary duties during the shift.
• Assist the Executive Chef with proactive measures.
• Supervises, trains, and monitors culinary staff.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet service standards.
• Oversee culinary operations in absence of the Executive Chef.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Maintain customer service focus and promptly resolve guest requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
