Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a dedicated hospitality team member to support guest satisfaction and daily operations at our Atlanta locations.

The role involves guest engagement, basic food preparation, and cash handling, with opportunities to lead during the absence of management. Compliance with safety and alcohol-service standards is required, along with ServSafe certification and a GED or higher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service and supervisory roles preferred.
• Must obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe Food Safety certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver superior service per standards.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and manage payments accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures, cash, inventory and cleanliness.
• Train and guide associates when supervisory coverage is unavailable.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in all areas.
