Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking an energetic Kitchen Supervisor to lead and train a team of kitchen staff, ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will oversee daily operations in the absence of the F&B Manager, manage opening/closing duties, and uphold guest service excellence across all shifts. Prior kitchen leadership experience required; alcohol service knowledge beneficial.

• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours while meeting standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet operational standards.
• Oversees food and beverage operations in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Performs department opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and focuses on serving the customer.
• Resolves guest requests promptly and respectfully.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
