Job summary

Dollar Loan Center is seeking a results-oriented CRM/SMS & Marketing Performance Analyst to drive campaigns and performance insights. You will manage email and text communications, segment audiences, and support lifecycle journeys while monitoring KPIs and reporting for leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing, or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing email and SMS campaigns.
• Experience using GA4 to analyze website and campaign performance.
• Ability to develop dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize customer email and SMS campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance across channels and markets.
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI for campaigns.
• Maintain reporting systems and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate with Web Development, Compliance, and other departments.
