Job summary

American Girl Brands, LLC is seeking a CRM Senior Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of CRM programs across email and SMS channels. You will manage day-to-day campaign planning, production, and deployment, leveraging insights to improve engagement and revenue.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Loyalty, Ecomm/Merchandising, IT, and external agencies to deliver personalized, on-brand communications that drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with an ESP (Klaviyo preferred) and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Integrated marketing across paid and owned channels including ecommerce and retail.
• Experience building CRM calendars, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning, production, and execution across email and SMS, including promotions and launches.
• Manage CRM calendar and ensure alignment with marketing strategies and retail moments.
• Develop briefs and coordinate design/copy to deliver on-brand messaging.
• Input on messaging, subject lines, and creative to optimize performance.
• Coordinate production with internal teams and external partners, managing multiple priorities.
