Job summary

ALICE + OLIVIA is seeking a CRM Specialist to execute and optimize our Email and SMS CRM strategy across Klaviyo and Attentive. You will analyze data, segment audiences, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The role reports to the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing and requires hands-on work with first-party data and CDP tools, with a passion for personalized customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM, Email/SMS, or retention marketing in consumer-focused business.
• Hands-on with Klaviyo or similar email platform incl. campaign setup, segmentation, testing, reporting.
• Experience with Attentive or comparable SMS platform and performance measurement.
• Experience with a CDP and first-party data for audience creation and personalization.
• Strong analytics with Northbeam/GA4 and CRM reporting to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Email and SMS strategy across Klaviyo and Attentive, including campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, testing, deployment, and optimization to drive engagement, retention, revenue, and CLV.
• Develop actionable audience segments using customer data, behavior, transactional data, and first-party data.
• Own CRM measurement, reporting, testing, and attribution using Klaviyo, Attentive, Northbeam, GA4, and CDP data.
• Manage Email and SMS content calendar and campaign execution with Creative, E-commerce, Buying, Merchandising, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Collaborate across Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Creative, Analytics, Merchandising, and Technology to communicate opportunities, risks, results, and recommendations.
• Oversee CRM tech stack (Klaviyo, Attentive, CDP) and coordinate integrations, deliverability, data quality, troubleshooting, and platform improvements.
