The role centers on developing email campaigns (HTML), executing high-volume deployments, and performing post-campaign analysis. You will work with ESP partners, brand and strategy teams to craft data-driven campaigns, manage calendars, troubleshoot rendering, QA, and ensure deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with senior management and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with rendering checks and QA for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ESP partners, brand teams, and strategy to create and deploy email campaigns.
• Execute high-volume, data-driven email campaigns and SMS campaigns.
• Lead day-to-day campaign development and trigger programs for email/SMS.
• Proofread emails and perform rendering checks prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide end-to-end QA.
• Code emails using assets and build single-step journeys.
• Manage campaign calendar and deployment schedule.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure on-time deployments.
• Analyze performance and prepare decks for senior management.
• Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance and deliverability monitoring.
• Utilize SQL to extract/analyze data.
• Edit/troubleshoot HTML for proper structure.
• Lead small projects as needed.
