Job summary

Impact Scale LLC seeks an execution-focused, analytical Email & SMS Operations Lead to join our core campaign operations division. Drive high-volume outbound SMS and email initiatives with rapid testing and scaling, while protecting margins and reducing media waste.

As the data-driven engine behind our outbound distribution, you will partner with campaign managers to push performance at velocity, delivering measurable improvements in EPC, ROI, CTR, and deliverability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive experience in performance marketing or direct-response campaigns.
• Hands-on experience running high-volume SMS and/or email campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with spreadsheets and direct-response tracking analytics.
• Native understanding of outbound performance metrics (EPC, ROI, CTR, deliverability).
• Must be local to Vancouver, WA / Portland Metro and able to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Launch, monitor, and manage high-volume daily SMS and email campaigns.
• Margin Optimization: Maximize ROI and ensure all outbound initiatives operate within high-margin profiles.
• Deliverability Auditing: Monitor inboxing rates, domain health, carrier filtering, and CTRs.
• Governance Tracking: Maintain real-time dashboards, testing logs, and executive reporting frameworks.
