Position SummaryDollar Loan Center is seeking a highly organized and analytical CRM/SMS & Marketing Performance Analyst to support the Marketing Department across CRM, email and SMS marketing, marketing analytics, campaign performance, ROI measurement, digital analytics, and departmental reporting.This role combines hands-on CRM execution with marketing performance analysis. The position will manage customer email and SMS campaigns, analyze marketing performance across channels and markets, establish KPIs for advertising campaigns, measure ROI and campaign efficiency, and maintain reporting systems that provide Marketing leadership with clear visibility into performance.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to turn marketing and customer data into clear, actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM, Email & SMS MarketingManage the execution of customer email and SMS marketing campaigns.Build, schedule, test, and deploy email and text campaigns.Manage customer segmentation and targeted communications.Support automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and triggered communications.Maintain the CRM/email/SMS campaign calendar.Monitor deliverability, engagement, click rates, conversions, opt-outs, and other CRM KPIs.Conduct A/B testing of messaging, subject lines, offers, timing, and calls to action.Analyze CRM performance and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.Maintain consistent campaign tracking and UTM standards.Coordinate with Marketing, Web Development, Compliance, and other departments to ensure campaigns are accurate, functional, properly tracked, and approved.Marketing Performance, ROI & Campaign EfficiencyTrack and analyze marketing performance across all campaigns, markets, advertising channels, and locations.Establish and maintain KPIs for each advertising medium and individual campaign based on campaign objectives.Analyze campaign efficiency and ROI to determine how effectively marketing spend is generating applications, funded loans, new customers, and other business outcomes.Analyze cost per acquisition, cost per application, cost per funded loan, conversion rates, response rates, and other channel-specific efficiency metrics.Compare actual campaign performance against established goals, historical benchmarks, budgets, and prior periods.Evaluate performance across television, radio, digital, direct mail, outdoor, CRM/email/SMS, sponsorships, promotions, and other marketing channels.Conduct before-and-after, market, location, channel, and campaign performance analyses.Identify high- and low-performing campaigns and opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.Analyze the relationship between advertising spend, application volume, approval/funding performance, and new customer acquisition.Develop standardized post-campaign reporting to determine overall effectiveness and key learnings.Provide data and insights to help Marketing leadership make informed decisions regarding campaign continuation, modification, and budget allocation.Digital & Google AnalyticsUtilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other available analytics platforms to monitor website and campaign performance.Analyze website traffic, user behavior, traffic sources, landing-page performance, engagement, and conversions.Track customer journeys from marketing source through website activity and available conversion points.Analyze campaign traffic by source, medium, campaign, market, and landing page.Monitor website conversion funnels and identify areas where users may be dropping off.Evaluate landing-page effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve conversion.Work with Web Development to ensure appropriate website events, conversions, and campaign tracking are implemented.Maintain consistent UTM naming and tracking standards across marketing campaigns.Assist with attribution analysis to better understand which marketing channels and campaigns contribute to applications and funded customers.Create recurring digital performance reports and dashboards.Marketing Reporting & Department TicketingEstablish and maintain a centralized Marketing Department ticketing/task tracking system for open requests, assignments, and outstanding Marketing Department needs.Develop consistent categories, priorities, statuses, due dates, and reporting standards within the system.Maintain visibility into open, pending, completed, and overdue Marketing Department tickets.Create dashboards and recurring reports that provide Marketing leadership with visibility into departmental workload and outstanding requests.Identify recurring requests, bottlenecks, and workload trends requiring additional attention.Maintain Marketing Department dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance trackers.Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered on established schedules.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport the VP of Marketing with departmental reporting, analysis, presentations, and special initiatives.Assist with marketing budget tracking and campaign reconciliation as needed.Ensure campaigns have appropriate KPIs, tracking, and measurement plans established prior to launch.Maintain campaign attribution, promotional codes, UTM parameters, and other tracking standards.Provide reporting and analysis for promotions, sponsorships, events, and special marketing initiatives.Translate complex marketing data into clear findings and actionable insights for Marketing leadership.Provide general Marketing Department support as business needs arise.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Experience4–6 years of experience in CRM, email/SMS marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital analytics, or a related marketing role.Hands-on experience managing email and SMS campaigns.Experience using Google Analytics/GA4 to analyze website and campaign performance.Experience analyzing marketing spend, campaign efficiency, ROI, attribution, and customer conversion.Experience establishing and reporting marketing KPIs.Experience working with CRM platforms, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, and recurring marketing reports.Experience with UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and digital conversion measurement.Experience with task management, ticketing, workflow, or departmental tracking systems preferred.Experience in a multi-location, retail, financial services, or consumer-focused organization is a plus.Required Skills
