WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to own end-to-end workflows across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media and Production, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality client deliverables. You will route internal jobs through the lifecycle, keep teams informed, and lead cross‑functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs).
• AI integration and cross‑team communication.
• Keeping communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams.
• Scheduling team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capturing meeting notes and consolidating feedback.
• Facilitating communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and others.
• Foreseeing potential problems and proposing solutions in advance.
• Overseeing project planning for larger projects and growth.
• Managing designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Supporting pitches for new business.
• Fostering collaboration across global teammates (LATAM and US hubs).
