Job summary

WITHIN, a global Performance Branding company, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to drive project management discipline across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on owning internal workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely, high-quality client deliverables.

You will collaborate with Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production teams, champion AI integration, and help scale processes as client work grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration
• Maintain visibility of communication, documentation, and updates to teams
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals
• Capture meeting notes, consolidate feedback
• Facilitate communication between departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production)
• Foresee and address potential problems with proactive solutions
• Oversee project planning for growing projects
• Manage designer and editor schedules/workflows
• Observe pitches for new business
• Support Sr. PM on larger clients
• Foster collaboration across LATAM, US hubs, and distributed staff
