Job summary

WITHIN, the world’s first Performance Branding company, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead project workflows, align internal teams, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables across global hubs. You will own processes, drive collaboration, and help scale creative production and strategy across departments.

You will work with LATAM and US teams in a hybrid setup, manage schedules for designers and editors, and help translate client needs into actionable project plans while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• Coordinate AI integration and ensure visibility of updates to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and facilitate communication between departments.
• Oversee planning for larger projects and manage designer/editor schedules and workflows.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs.
