Qualifications

• Detail-oriented in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal projects through lifecycle using project tools.
• Facilitate AI integration and maintain transparent team updates.
• Schedule meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media).
• Oversee designer and editor schedules and workflows.
