WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager in New York City to drive workflow across creative, strategy, and production teams. You will organize projects from brief through delivery, maintain documentation, and help teams collaborate globally with LATAM and US hubs.

You will leverage Asana and Google Suite to keep status updates visible, facilitate meetings, and resolve blockers. The role blends project management with growth in creative development and marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or related field.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs).
• Coordinate AI integration and cross‑department communication.
• Keep teams informed with clear updates and agendas for meetings.
• Capture notes, consolidate feedback, and track progress across departments.
• Oversee scheduling and ensure on‑time delivery of deliverables.
• Foster collaboration among global teams (LATAM and US hubs).
• Identify potential problems early and propose solutions.
