WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to develop and refine project management skills, own workflow, and ensure high-quality client deliverables. You will route internal jobs through the lifecycle, keep teams informed, and foster collaboration across departments and global teammates.

You will manage schedules, capture meeting notes, and help identify proactive solutions while supporting growth in creative development, production, and marketing. Hybrid/Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration and cross-functional coordination across departments.
• Keep communication, documentation, and updates visible to teams.
