Job summary

Opensity Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services within a professional office setting. You will support daily operations, meetings, events, and guest services with attention to presentation and responsiveness.

This non-exempt role works with facilities, reception, and office services to ensure hospitality areas are stocked, meeting rooms are prepared, and requests are handled promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with room reservation or scheduling tools preferred.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. and move packages as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Coordinate food, beverages, catering deliveries and supplies.
• Maintain hospitality areas, kitchens, pantries—presentable and stocked.
• Assist with catering orders, setup, presentation and cleanup.
• Respond promptly to hospitality and conference-room requests.
• Collaborate with facilities, reception, and office services.
