Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook to accurately prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items for all meals and events. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring safety, quality, and sanitation while supporting teamwork and high standards of food presentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with applicable standards to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow basic recipes and directions for cooking, seasoning and serving.
• Estimate production requirements and requisition supplies as needed.
• Significant walking or other mobility required.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.
